The terms and conditions outlined here may be amended from time to time without notice to you and will apply to orders placed effective as at the date of amendment. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, KandyCrew  takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond control.

 

GENERAL

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and as otherwise specified by us, KandyCrew disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales, Australia.

All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. KandyCrew reserves the right to refuse orders where product information has been published in error and this includes but is not limited to incorrect or misstated prices and promotions.

Effort is made to accurately depict the colours of all products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, there is no guarantee that the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements stated are approximate sizes and measurements and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

 

TERMS OF SALE

After you have placed an order, we will send you an email with the receipt of your order to confirm we have received your order.

An order for goods is accepted at the time of entering of your credit card details. Payment will be validated and accepted real time.

Goods are subject to availability. If a good/ goods you have ordered is/are out of stock, you shall be notified as soon as possible, and your payment will be refunded to the payment method used to complete the transaction.


All purchases via the website are transacted in Australian dollars.

All prices shown online are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing for your order is as agreed to at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. Reduction in price and promotional discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases, and as stated no amendments can be made to your order once it has been submitted.

KandyCrew reserves the right to amend and update promotional activity on the website without notice. Please note, no changes or amendments can be made to an order once it has been submitted. This includes any request to cancel the order.

KandyCrew reserves the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may include but is not limited to:

  • The product ordered is unavailable from stock
  • The inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order, KandyCrew will contact you, utilising the contact details entered at checkout at the time of placing your order.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments by credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Afterpay.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Purchases made using Afterpay are subject to the Afterpay terms and conditions.

Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.

 

GST & TAXES

The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia.

International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country's taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise

 

D E L I V E R Y

The KandyCrew Team places high priority in ensuring your package is delivered on time and in a high-quality state.

Order Amendments and Cancellation

Due to our quick processing and dispatch times we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed, this includes changes to your address, items, pricing, delivery method and authority to leave options.

In the case that an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, you will need to wait to receive your dispatch email to track your order. Most orders with an incomplete address will be returned to us, and if this occurs we will process a refund less any shipping costs. 

KandyCrew cannot be held responsible for orders which are not received due to incorrect or incomplete address information being provided.

If in the unlikely case our delivery service provider cannot deliver your order at the address you have given, we will contact you immediately to either expect a delay in the arrival date or confirm the cancellation of your order with a refund less delivery charges.

 

R E T U R N S  P O L I C Y  &  P R O C E S S

The information on this page forms the Online Return Policy and Conditions for KandyCrew. Nothing in this policy is intended to in any way limit or vary the application of your statutory rights. For further information regarding your statutory rights, please refer to the ACCC website.


Online Return Policy

If your item is Final Sale, you will not be able to make a return(including sizing & fit, colour, or styling)

FULL PRICE ITEMS: Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund of the price paid for the products within 14 days of delivery.

SALE ITEMS: These online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All discounted items are labelled 'FINAL SALE.’    

FAULTY ITEMS: Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email info@kandycrew.com.au  for a returns authorisation. 

Online Return Conditions

To qualify for a return due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.

Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued, valid for 6 months.

Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. KandyCrew reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by KandyCrew, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.

Online Returns Process

If an item is eligible for a refund, authorisation request must be sent to info@kandycrew.com.auRefund request must have been accepted and confirmed, and the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery using the return address mailing label enclosed with the products.

Returns received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. KandyCrew reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by KandyCrew, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.

For security purposes, KandyCrew is entitled to request credit card verification at their discretion. Kandy Crew reserves the right not to proceed with the order sale and refund the payment made.

By using this website you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. With your consent may tell you about our other products and services.

To reduce the risk of online credit card fraud, KandyCrew may request additional information to process an online order.

KandyCrew reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund if necessary.

 

FRAUD

By registering online with KandyCrew, you agree that all of the details you supply to KandyCrew are correct and accurate. KandyCrew reserves its rights to take any applicable and available legal action against you for fraudulent, misleading and deceptive conduct.

 

RESALE OF KANDYCREW PRODUCTS

You may only place orders via this website for private and domestic purposes. A customer is prohibited from purchasing goods from KandyCrew for the purpose of resale and on sale to other persons whether as a business or non-business and goods are only for personal use including but not limited to gifting and/or on behalf of another for their personal use. A breach of this will result in cancellation and/or refusal of registration/ order for goods.
