Online Returns Process
If an item is eligible for a refund, authorisation request must be sent to email@example.com. Refund request must have been accepted and confirmed, and the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery using the return address mailing label enclosed with the products.
Returns received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. KandyCrew reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by KandyCrew, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
