Online Returns Policy
If your item is Final Sale, you will not be able to make a return(including sizing & fit, colour, or styling)
FULL PRICE ITEMS: Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund of the price paid for the products within 14 days of delivery.
SALE ITEMS: These online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All discounted items are labelled 'FINAL SALE.’
FAULTY ITEMS: Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email info@kandycrew.com.au for a returns authorisation.
To qualify for a return due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued, valid for 6 months.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. KandyCrew reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as ‘Return To Sender’. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by KandyCrew, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
